🎭 Theatre, Talent, and Triumph: A Memorable Learning Experience✨💫🎉

On 27 March 2026, Badhiriya B.Ed Training College, Velichikkala, Kollam, organized an engaging Workshop on Theatre Practice in the General Hall. The session was conducted by Ms. Divya Devaki from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. The workshop was designed to enhance students' creativity, communication skills, self-confidence, and performance abilities through various theatre-based activities.

The session began with an introduction to the fundamentals of theatre and stage performance. The resource person explained the significance of facial expressions, body movements, voice control, stage presence, and teamwork in dramatic performances. Her interactive approach kept the participants actively involved and created an energetic learning environment.

A variety of practical exercises and creative tasks were conducted to help students develop their presentation and performance skills. These activities encouraged students to step out of their comfort zones, overcome stage fear, and express themselves more confidently. The workshop provided a supportive space where everyone could learn through participation and experience.

As part of the programme, students were divided into groups and assigned different performance tasks. Each group prepared and presented activities based on the guidelines provided by the resource person. These collaborative tasks strengthened teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills among the participants.
